Fourth time was the charm

After a prolonged and unsatisfactory course of treatment at a private fertility clinic, we were referred to Rigshospitalet, where I became pregnant with Herman after IVF treatment.

However, when the desire for a second child quickly became pressing, treatment under public auspices was not an option, and the staff at Rigshospitalet’s fertility clinic recommended your clinic to us.

We were very excited to start the treatment because we had a really bad experience at the first private clinic, where busyness, sloppiness, indifference and irresponsibility were dominant.

However, we met everything else with you. After a conversation with Ursula, the new treatment was planned and our previous treatment attempts were carefully taken into account, and there was time to answer all of our many questions.

As with our first child, it was not entirely straightforward, but after the 4th ICSI treatment I finally became pregnant with Ingeborg. During the year that the treatment was going on, I had only good experiences with the staff at the clinic, and we always felt taken seriously and well treated, both personally and professionally.

Fertility treatment is an incredibly stressful process to be in.

Thanks to the doctors, nurses, laboratory technicians and secretaries, the course was much less emotionally taxing than expected. I will therefore at all times recommend you to others who cannot realize their dream of having children themselves.
